From: Development of a fuel efficient cookstove through a participatory bottom-up approach
Effect of retrofitting of TTs on specific fuel consumption of traditional cookstoves in Gawand wadi. Figure shows results of the two-pot water boiling tests that were carried out in six selected households. Traditional cookstove and cookstove with the inclusion of TTs were tested by carrying out three tests for each kind of cookstove. It can be observed that the specific fuel consumption of the traditional cookstove decreases by the inclusion of TTs for every household.
