Technology adopter

Oeledo community as project beneficiary and adopter of the new technology, the community also provided land for the equipment, and electricity users agreed to pay connection and subscription fees

PLD utility: comprising electricity users, the PLD utility elected PLD board members (head, secretary, treasurer, and technicians) and established rules such as office hours, meeting schedules, salaries for the board members, penalty mechanism for non-compliance, and the use of operating profits for village social needs
